Qualifications

• Proven experience as an ASM – ideally 2 years.
• Experience in environments with intricate product ranges and detailed customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of compliance and the importance of delivering guidance responsibly.

• Lead, inspire, and develop an empathetic team that delivers needs-led, compliant customer consultations
• Create a welcoming, inclusive store environment where customers feel heard, supported, and confident in their choices
• Role model Healthspan’s advisory approach, ensuring guidance is accurate, clear and always compliant
• Build long-term customer relationships and a sense of community
• Set clear performance expectations and support the team to achieve targets in a responsible, compliant and service led way over a “sales” approach
• Train and coach team members to be credible, trusted advisors through expert product knowledge and a detailed customer journey.
• Drive expert product knowledge across an intricate range and a regulated sector
• Act as a Healthspan ambassador, representing the brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity

Salary: £29,000

Contract: Full Time – Permanent

You are a trusted presence for customers and colleagues, leading with integrity, empathy, and professionalism.
