Job summary
Sharpsmart UK, part of Daniels Health, is seeking a customer-focused driver to support healthcare clients. You will collect, deliver and store medical waste containers, build strong relationships and operate vehicles safely to meet schedule targets.
You must hold a full UK driving license and be comfortable with loading, unloading, and heavy lifting. The role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours, overtime opportunities, and a competitive salary with bonus, plus private healthcare and an extensive
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid UK driving license.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strong customer service.
- Experience driving vehicles with manual transmission and safe driving practices.
- Ability to deliver on-time, maintain schedules and communicate changes.
Responsibilities
- Safely collecting, delivering and storing containers at customer locations.
- Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Operate vehicles in a safe manner and follow route schedules.
- Complete deliveries on time and communicate when changes arise.
- Load and unload goods and manage route per leadership's direction.
- Log hours and comply with regulations, including roadside inspections.
- Heavy lifting as required.
