Job summary

Sharpsmart are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Class 2 driver to support our healthcare clients in Altofts. You will safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations, while building strong relationships and delivering on time.

Role requires safe driving, adherence to schedules and regulatory logging. Permanent position with opportunities for overtime, private healthcare, dental care and an employee benefits scheme are offered.

Qualifications

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing our containers at customer locations.
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships.
• Operating vehicles in a safe manner.
• Completing deliveries to time schedule and communicating changes as they arise.
• Loading and unloading.
• Managing a route per leadership’s direction with timely service.
• Complying with regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections.

Responsibilities

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing containers at customer sites.
• Provide reliable customer service and build positive relationships.
• Operate vehicles in a safe manner and adhere to schedules.
• Log hours, complete deliveries on time and communicate issues.
• Assist with loading/unloading and route management as directed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
