The role covers warehouse operations and administration, with responsibilities for stock movement, documentation, KPI reporting and timely escalation of issues to protect product quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound goods; check paperwork, quantities, batch/expiry, condition, temperature controls; record and escalate discrepancies.
• Pick/pack/label orders per client instructions and dispatch cut-off times.
• Scan/sort consignments; prepare for collection or trunking; assist loading/unloading where trained.
• Put away and move stock in WMS; maintain segregation by stock type.
• Process returns, stock adjustments and cycle counts; maintain audit trail and approvals.
• Maintain housekeeping, cleaning records and safety standards.
