Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Solution Architect to lead transformation across hospitals, designing end-to-end solutions aligned to enterprise standards. You will ensure architectures support care quality, patient experience, efficiency and impact, while collaborating with delivery teams and third-party suppliers.

Ideal candidates have healthcare systems experience, CRM expertise (Salesforce), and a track record of major digital initiatives within complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing and delivering Healthcare systems.
Experience with digital transformation and service modernisation.
Strong architectural thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical designs.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery across applications, platforms and infrastructure.
Define target and transitional architectures aligned to enterprise strategy.
Design and lead system integrations, including APIs and data exchange mechanisms.
Create architecture artefacts and interface specifications for delivery teams.
Present designs to the Technical Design Authority and secure approval.
