Surveyor / Senior Surveyor – Healthcare Property
London- St Albans

£35,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

We’re working with a highly respected property consultancy looking to appoint a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) to join their growing Healthcare team. The role can be shaped for either a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor, depending on experience. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of GP surgeries, health centres and investment clients — delivering landlord & tenant advice and valuations.
Whether you’re newly qualified or bring several years’ post-qualified experience, the role offers structured development, autonomy, and progression in a high-demand sector.

Responsibilities (Depending on Level of Experience)
  • Deliver valuation advice using investment and comparable methods
  • Manage or assist with landlord & tenant matters (rent reviews, lease renewals, negotiations)
  • Support or lead client relationships within the healthcare and investor space
  • Work independently or under senior guidance on a range of fee-earning projects
  • Attend client meetings and conduct site visits across North London, the Home Counties or Guildford area
  • Contribute to team growth through collaboration and business development activity
Requirements
  • MRICS qualified with 1+ years PQE minimum
  • Some or significant experience in:
    • Landlord & tenant negotiations (rent reviews, lease renewals)
    • Property valuation (investment/comparable methods)
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
  • Healthcare property experience is desirable but not essential
