A regional healthcare provider in Poole is seeking a compassionate Health Care Support Worker to join their dynamic surgical team. The ideal candidate will assist with patient care, perform basic observations, and work closely with registered nurses to provide safe and high-quality service. Applicants are expected to hold or be willing to obtain a care certificate. This role offers a supportive work environment aimed at developing skills and improving patient care.

If you do then the Surgical Directorate is currently looking for Health Care Support Worker for an exciting role on Ward B2

This post is being advertised as a Band 3, however applicants that do not meet the required care certificate competencies will initially be employed as a Band 2. Applicants who hold a care certificate accreditation will start in post at Band 3. As part of the interview process you will be asked to complete a numeracy and literacy assessment.
