A regional healthcare provider in Harlow is seeking enthusiastic Health Care Support Workers to join their team. The role includes aiding in patient care and supporting nursing staff within a diverse healthcare setting. Candidates should have Level One Functional Skills in maths and English, and preferably experience in healthcare. Opportunities for both full and part-time employment are available.
We are now recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Health Care Support Workers (HCSWs) to become part of our wider health care team, which provides high standards of care to our patients.
This role is available across our surgery and critical care division, including:
You will attend a robust clinical induction program, and comprehensive practical based program, to gain the skills and knowledge to provide quality care to our patients. We will provide you with the tools to gain your care certificate if you have not already completed it.
We welcome applications for those seeking both full and part-time employment, with a minimum contract of 30 hours per week.

The post is advertised as a Band 3 role subject to successfully completing the care certification within the six month probationary period of employment, or providing a copy of your completed care certificate which has been reviewed during the recruitment process and determined as meeting the accepted standard.
