As a full-time Healthcare Support Worker on Simpson Ward, you will work as part of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure the delivery of excellent clinical care within the HOP/stroke unit environments. You will take a lead role in the assessment and care of patients demonstrating challenging behaviours.
