Healthcare Support Worker Recruitment August 2025 (Northern Services)

Our Healthcare Support Workers (HCSWs) are a vital part of our healthcare teams across various settings, including community, acute hospitals, and theatres. No previous experience or qualifications are required; just a desire to deliver excellent patient care with support from colleagues. We offer comprehensive training and induction, with opportunities for career progression and salary scale advancement based on experience and competencies.

Working Patterns

We care for patients 24/7, so shifts include short shifts, day shifts (8am-8pm), and 12.5-hour day and night shifts. Please confirm your availability at the interview.
