Don’t miss this opportunity to join the team at Hay Lodge Community Hospital. We are a nurse-led unit providing a 24-hour inpatient service predominantly for older people. We offer rehabilitation and end-of-life care for people in the local community.

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Healthcare Support Worker who would like to be part of a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team with an ethos of continuous improvement.

The post holder will liaise closely with nursing and therapy staff to deliver person-centred care to positively impact our patients’ health and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication skills, understand patient safety, and demonstrate adherence to the organisational values. They must be able to work as part of a team and also independently to provide and document care.

The post holder must be flexible and able to work days and nights on the ward.
