Job summary

Wight Healthcare is offering Healthcare Support Worker roles across Hampshire's Forensic Inpatient Services. Positions are available at Ravenswood House in Fareham and Southfield in Calmore, near Southampton, supporting adults with serious mental illness in secure settings.

You will join a close-knit team delivering compassionate, patient-centred care while aligning with Trust CARE values. Training and development are emphasised, with a forensic lead payment of £1,401 per annum pro rata.

We have opportunities available at the below inpatient units:

• Ravenswood House (based in Fareham): a medium and low secure, forensic unit providing assessment, care and treatment for adult men with serious mental illness.
• Southfield (based in Calmore, Tatchbury Mount-near Southampton): a low secure, forensic mental health inpatient service for people with serious mental illness who are aged 18-65 years.
