Job summary

Lincolnshire Community Health Service NHS Trust is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker in Skegness. The role focuses on delivering patient care per individual care plans within a busy clinical area.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team with supervision, covering 24/7 shifts including weekends and bank holidays, and you will need to demonstrate Care Certificate or commit to obtaining it on joining.

Qualifications

• Vocational Level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
• GCSE English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent.
• Evidence of the Care Certificate or commitment to achieve it on joining.
• Commitment to CPD and lifelong learning, including competency-based training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care as set out in individual care plans to the highest standard.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team under supervision.
