Job description

Cley Gynaecology ward is a varied and fast-paced ward at the NNUH, where we provide dedicated, high standards of care within the surgical and emergency pathway setting.

You will be responsible for promoting and implementing high-quality, safe, and compassionate healthcare. All staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH’s ‘PRIDE’ values of People-focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, and Excellence, and demonstrate behaviors that support and encourage an inclusive culture.

To work with all members of the Ward/Department clinical team within the multi-disciplinary framework, maintaining a high standard of patient care under the direction of the Ward/Department Sister/Charge Nurse.

To work in accordance with the principles laid down by Trust Policies and support the delivery of a high-quality, safe, and compassionate healthcare service.
