Location – Helston

Pay – £12.00 up to £21 per hour

Shift – Nights shifts (10-12 hours) – Full time and Part time available.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Healthcare Support Workers with complex care experience.

You will work with our client, a young person living at home with their family. A small team of healthcare support workers will support the nursing team during night shifts, managing their TPN line. Your responsibilities include assisting the nurse with evening IVs, preparing and connecting the TPN, and managing the process in the morning. Occasionally, our client may display challenging behaviors, and positive support will be required.

You will be part of a team with the full support of your local Nurse Manager and colleagues, in a setting dedicated to making a positive difference in people's lives.

We are committed to delivering high-quality, nurse-led care and seek professionals with excellent customer service skills, a passion to succeed, and proven experience in healthcare at home, especially in complex care for children and/or adults, ICU, LD, or MH.

All Healthcare Support Workers must have:

• Previous experience in complex care for children and/or adults, ICU, LD, or MH
• Right to live and work in the UK
• Referees from previous employment
