Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker: BKH Support Agency Healthcare Staffing Solutions Location: Assignments available across Bracknell, Reading and surrounding areas

Client Group

Mental Health Support Worker Assists individuals with mental health conditions in managing daily life and accessing treatment.

Learning Disabilities Support Worker Supports people with learning disabilities to live independently and develop life skills.

Elderly Care Support Worker Provides personal care and companionship to older adults.

Substance Misuse Support Worker Helps individuals recovering from drug or alcohol addiction.

Salary: £12.21 £14.00 per hour (based on shift type and experience)

Contract Type: Flexible, Zero Hours

We're currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Support Workers to join our growing agency team, offering a variety of shift options across reputable Local Authority, Supported Living and Accommodation based services, Home care services and Private care homes.

Your Role

Work with vulnerable individuals in managing daily life and accessing treatment.

Provide medication support and manage

Deliver hands-on care including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and nutritional support where applicable

Record and report observations to clinical care staff

Engage with patients to support emotional wellbeing and independence

Ensure care plans are followed, and dignity is upheld

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments

You Bring

Minimum 6 months of recent experience in a care or healthcare setting

Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

Completed mandatory training (or willingness to updateask us how we can help!)

Flexibility, commitment, and a can-do attitude
