Job Opportunity: Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker - Gynaecology Outpatients

Due to recent retirement, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker within Gynaecology Outpatients. This post is for 28 hours per week.

Queen Margaret Hospital is the only Colposcopy Unit within NHS Fife. The unit provides colposcopy investigations to the NHS Cervical Screening Programme (NHS CSP) and supports Gynaecology Minor Surgery and other outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, clinical skills, and knowledge are essential.
• Experience working in a clinical setting with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• The department is fast-paced, with varying acuity, focusing on delivering high standards of care to a diverse patient group.
