This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of the Stroke/Neuro Pathway within Tayside. The Stroke/Neuro Rehabilitation Unit is a 32 bedded unit based at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Dundee.
We are looking for individuals who will deliver holistic and patient centred care. All applicants will have excellent communication and people skills along with evidence of continued professional development.
The aim of the service is to provide evidence based best practice and person-centred care in collaboration with patients and their family to maximise rehabilitation following stroke or other acquired brain injury or major trauma in an inpatient setting. As well as facilitating high quality rehabilitation, the interdisciplinary team works in partnership with all agencies providing care and support for this group of people.
