KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Advise clients on a broad range of healthcare-related legal issues
2. Manage case load of litigated and pre-litigated high value/complex clinical negligence cases
3. Support healthcare providers in clinical governance and regulatory matters
4. Engage in policy and legislative developments shaping the healthcare landscape

SKILLS REQUIRED

1. A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 Years PQE and a strong background in healthcare law
2. Proven experience in clinical negligence, healthcare regulation, and mental health law
3. Exceptional communication and client service skills
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and case management
5. Ability to work well in a team and support junior members
