High-profile Court of Protection and Inquest Work

This role offers a diverse range of work, from advising both public and private healthcare organisations on Court of Protection matters and Inquest work to more general governance matters and best practice initiatives. Advocacy experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Development of skills

Healthcare lawyers develop a broad range of skills, including a strong grasp of technical law and the ability to apply legal principles practically. While previous experience in Healthcare law is beneficial, transferable skills are also considered.
