G2 Legal Limited is assisting a nationally recognised Manchester law firm to recruit a Healthcare Solicitor with defendant clinical negligence experience. The role covers a varied caseload from inception to resolution within a collaborative Healthcare Litigation team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting, strong communication skills, and a commercial mindset to manage a busy caseload and serve NHS trusts, insurers, and healthcare clients.

Qualifications

Title: Healthcare Solicitor

Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

A nationally recognised law firm is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its expanding Healthcare Litigation team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of one of the UK's most established defendant healthcare practices, acting for NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, medical defence organisations and leading insurers on a broad range of complex clinical negligence claims.

The Opportunity

You will take responsibility for a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters, advising major healthcare clients on technically challenging and often high-value claims from inception through to resolution. Working within a collaborative and specialist team, you will gain exposure to sophisticated litigation, build strong client relationships and play an active role in the continued success of a market-leading healthcare practice.

About You

You will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in defendant clinical negligence. Applications are also encouraged from Solicitors with a background in claimant clinical negligence or defendant personal injury who are looking to specialise in defendant healthcare litigation. You will have excellent drafting and communication skills, strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
