Job summary

RLDatix is seeking a Consultant to join our Professional Services team to deliver customer implementations of HealthSuite and related solutions across the UK and Ireland. You will work with customers and internal stakeholders to support implementation activities, configure solutions, and provide training that enables exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing implementation, consulting, support, or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze customer and RLDatix data to support implementations.
• Configure HealthSuite products per established best practices.
• Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Prepare implementation documentation and project materials.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates to leadership.
• Maintain governance documentation and complete admin tasks accurately.
• Identify project risks and escalate concerns to stakeholders.
• Communicate customer developments to Client Services leadership.
• Support continuous improvement across the Professional Services organization.
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
