Job summary

RLDatix is seeking a Consultant to join our Professional Services team to lead successful customer implementations of HealthSuite solutions. You will work with healthcare clients and internal stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and deliver training that drives value.

In this client-facing role, you will build relationships, manage project plans, travel across the UK and Ireland, and contribute to continuous improvement across services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing implementations or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively in the UK and Ireland.
• Healthcare SaaS or software implementation experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Analyze customer data to support implementation activities.
• Configure HealthSuite products per best practices.
• Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Prepare implementation documents, presentations, and materials.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates to leadership.
• Maintain governance docs and ensure admin tasks are done accurately.
• Identify risks and escalate appropriately.
• Communicate developments to Client Services leadership.
• Support continuous improvement across Professional Services.
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
