Our established health sector is experiencing an exciting and sustained period of growth, working with some of the largest NHS Trusts in the country to deliver a wide range of projects. We are searching for an experienced and ambitious individual to lead our London and Southeast team, driving growth of the health business in the region while also delivering projects and programmes of the highest quality.

Additional requirements:

  • Extensive experience in winning work and delivering projects for health clients and NHS Trusts, ideally in London and Southeast.
  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or similar professional organizations.
  • Proven success in project and programme delivery within the health sector.
  • Deep expertise in property or infrastructure project management.
  • Strong commercial and financial skills.
  • Leadership experience managing large, diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations impacting projects.
