A leading healthcare trust in Canterbury is seeking a qualified professional to manage respiratory diagnostic services. The role involves conducting various tests, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting trainees. The service aims to provide high quality and effective respiratory diagnostic service, that provides technical and interpretative reports.
You will work within the departments across the Trust, and provide ward based tests, where required. Be responsible for your own work and support those trainee's within the department. Perform a range of respiratory investigations. Undertake the necessary mandatory training as required.
The post holder will be expected at all times to work within the standard operating policies and procedures of the department and more broadly the NHS organisation. The ability to converse easily and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for all customer facing roles. Most positions require a Disclosure and Barring check and will be exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Posts working regularly or unsupervised with children or vulnerable adults require an enhanced check.
