Job summary

Office Angels in Tunbridge Wells is partnering with a leading insurance company to recruit an Insurance Sales Advisor. This permanent role offers full training, a basic salary, a generous monthly bonus, and a hybrid work pattern after probation.

You will guide customers through policy options, asking questions to determine the best fit. The position starts 28 September 2026 and runs 9:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday with hybrid days.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in responsive telephone or online customer service.
• Ability to discuss policies and requirements with customers clearly.
• Comfort with a target-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to customers who registered to open or renew a policy.
• Build rapport with customers over the phone and discuss lifestyle and policy needs.
• Advise on suitable policies, price, cover levels and restrictions.

9:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday

Hybrid after probation- 2 days from home/ 3 days in the office

I am excited to be working in partnership with a leading insurance company-based Tunbridge Wells to find the perfect candidate to add to their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to make fantastic bonus in a highly consultative and advice driven environment where you will be assisting customers to choose policies that are right for them.

You will be guiding customers who have enquired about Insurance products through a set of questions to determine the best policy for them.

Duties:

• Making calls to customers who have registered to say they would like to open or renew a policy
• Building a relationship with the customer on the phone as you talk to them about their lifestyle and policy requirements
• Consulting the customer on potential policies that could be right for them- discussing price, cover levels, restrictions etc.

Skills required:

• Previous experience supporting customers on the phone with queries or sales
• True passion for exceptional customer service
• Happy to work in a target driven environment

You must be available to start 28TH SEPTEMBER 2026 to be considered for this position. We cannot accommodate later start dates due to training. There will be 6 weeks of training after the start date, so ideally you will have little/no holiday booked for this time ***
