Health Regulatory / Advisory / Court of Protection Solicitor sought by a commercial law firm in Manchester. Paying extremely well.

THE ROLE:

• The team does a range of work for clients from SME to household name companies
• The work is varied: providing expert advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory), and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests, or defending clinical negligence claims.
• They have a well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor – ideally focusing on Court of Protection work.
