Qualifications

• Au moins 4 PQE+ en conseil sanitaire et/ou en travail de la Cour de protection.
• Expérience dans les litiges et les affaires de clients privés bien accueillie.

Responsibilities

• Fournir des conseils d'expert aux professionnels de la santé sur des enquêtes disciplinaires.
• Répondre aux plaintes des patients et défendre les réclamations pour négligence clinique.

Health Regulatory / Advisory / Court of Protection Solicitor sought by a commercial law firm in Manchester. Paying extremely well.

THE FIRM:

Highly-regarded full-service commercial law firm with a great regional and national reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice.

THE ROLE:

The team handles a range of work for clients from SMEs to household name companies. The work is varied: providing expert advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory), and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests, or defending clinical negligence claims.

They have a well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor – ideally focusing on Court of Protection work.

THE CANDIDATE:

Ideally, candidates should have at least 4 PQE+ in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work. Applications from proven litigators and private client solicitors interested in moving into this area are welcome. There is excellent potential for career progression and a competitive salary and package.
