This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated NQ solicitor to launch their career within a top-tier practice recognised in Chambers and The Legal 500.
Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end regulatory casework, including complex investigations and preparation for tribunal hearings.Interview witnesses and draft detailed witness statements.Advise on interim order applications, risk assessments, and case strategy.Prepare reports and draft allegations based on evidence gathered during investigations.Manage a high volume of caseloads effectively, ensuring deadlines and key performance indicators are met.Collaborate with advocates in the preparation of hearings and assist with High Court litigation, appeals, and applications.Contribute to policy development and wider regulatory advisory work.Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and other key stakeholders.About You:Qualified Solicitor with prior experience in regulatory or healthcare fitness to practice work.Proven case management skills and understanding of professional regulatory frameworks.Excellent analytical and drafting abilities.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Client-focused with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.In exchange, the firm offers a competitive salary, a generous benefits package, structured training and development, and genuine career progression opportunities within a growing team.Apply Now
