The role

Locum Express (Part of the PE Global Group) are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Doctors Team.

Location for this role is flexible depending on the candidate’s experience

As a Recruitment Consultant at Locum Express PE Global, you will play a crucial role in identifying and placing healthcare professionals in temporary and permanent positions. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent doctor placements – from sourcing to offer stage
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
  • Source, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stay informed of market trends, medical registration requirements, and changes in healthcare staffing needs

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience working in a similar role within Agency Recruitment/Healthcare
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills. The successful candidate will be confident on the phone when talking with candidates and clients, ensuring they have a positive experience
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Someone who is positive, sociable and not afraid of hard work
  • Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
