Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is hiring a Quality Assurance Officer in the UK for a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will support documentation governance, uphold quality standards across functions, and engage with leaders to meet internal and external expectations.

Strong knowledge of GMP and document control is essential. Responsibilities include contributing to CAPA, change control, archiving, and maintaining product labels and kit literature, while using MS Word/Excel/Access for documentation tasks.

Qualifications

• Understanding of quality techniques and best practices relating to: Document control, Change management, CAPA, Archiving, Product Labels and Kit Literature.
• Good communication Skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Use of statistical techniques for data analysis.
• Perform work in line with established procedures and GMP.
• Understanding of computer software including MSWord, Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Documentation Manager to sustain a focus on quality across all functions.
• Ensure alignment with policies, procedures and practices.
• Interact with leaders and stakeholders to fulfil internal and customer expectations.
• Contribute to GMP-compliant documentation and change control processes.
