Eden Brown is seeking an experienced Architect to join their Oxfordshire team, working on fast-moving, technically challenging healthcare projects within existing buildings. The role suits an Architect confident in independent work and with strong technical skills.

Applicants should have 3-10 years of UK architectural experience, ARB registration or Part III, and strong Revit skills, with knowledge of UK Building Regulations and experience in refurbishment or fit-out projects.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years' UK architectural experience.
• ARB registered Architect or Part III is required.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience with refurbishment and/or fit-out projects.
• Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills.
• Experience coordinating with contractors on site and liaising with planning authorities.
• Genuine interest in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of healthcare projects from concept through to completion.
• Work on fast-paced, technically challenging schemes predominantly in existing buildings.
• Coordinate with contractors on site and liaise with planning authorities.
• Ensure design meets regulatory and project delivery requirements.
