Job summary

Mitie in Liverpool seeks a Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex lifecycle and variation initiatives within a prestigious hospital environment. You will oversee pre-construction activities, procurement, design coordination, and ensure compliance with HTM, HBN, CDM, and BSA 2022 while delivering safe, high-quality FM services.

The role requires extensive healthcare project experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement, with a clear focus on risk

Qualifications

• Extensive lifecycle and variation project delivery within Healthcare.
• Experience with CDM 2015, HTM, HBN, RIBA stages, and the Building Safety Act (BSA).
• Contractual awareness within PFI is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of lifecycle and variation projects within healthcare facilities.
• Develop and manage comprehensive pre-construction plans across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and training phases.
• Coordinate asset surveys, contractor activities and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless FM service delivery.
• Provide robust financial management and reporting, including budget tracking, reconciliations and management information.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance, supporting ISO 14001 initiatives and ensuring documentation (O&M manuals).
