How you can make an impact:

We are seeking experienced, strategically focused account management professionals to drive sales and growth, acting as the single point of contact for our customers across PCNs, Trusts, and ICBs. Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, your key focus will be on building partnerships with key stakeholders and applying a targeted approach to account planning, focusing on high-opportunity accounts, maximising sales potential, and achieving optimal formulary positioning to create mutual outcomes benefiting the NHS, Patients, and STADA.

What we are looking for:
  • Ideally educated to degree level and ABPI qualified.
  • In-depth knowledge of the NHS structure, policies, processes, and key governing bodies, including extensive understanding of the secondary care market, formulary inclusion process, and the healthcare system.
  • A proven track record of sales success with branded secondary care products in the pharma industry and experience selling to key stakeholders across trusts and ICS.
  • Experience working with dermatology and respiratory is desirable.
  • Account planning and project management skills to drive execution of account plans, initiatives, and deliver pull-through to meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop targeted account strategies leveraging data and evidence, with the ability to mitigate risk.
