A Healthcare Regulatory/Inquests Solicitor/Advocate is sought for an excellent opportunity with a leading Top 50 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is an award-winning, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Healthcare Solicitor/Advocate to join their well-respected Inquests team.

The Regulatory Department offers a broad range of expert advice to organizations and individuals facing Health & Safety, criminal, and other regulatory prosecutions. You will manage a caseload of inquests files (including advocacy) for the NHS, various healthcare Trusts, and health and social care clients/individuals. Additionally, there will be some healthcare regulatory defence work.
