At Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Sodexo is seeking a Multi Skilled Services Engineer - HVAC/Mechanical to keep critical estates running smoothly. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and building services, with a focus on safety and reliability.

You will work a 5-day pattern (Mon-Fri) with 7-week on-call shifts, earn £18.65 per hour and enjoy Sodexo benefits in a permanent, full-time position.

Competenze

• 5 years engineering experience in healthcare or similar environment.
• Multi-disciplinary maintenance across mechanical, electrical and building services.
• Strong diagnostics, problem solving and technical solution ability.
• Driving licence and ability to work on-call every 7 weeks.

Mansioni

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs, inspections and testing across building services and engineering systems.
• Maintain and repair hospital infrastructure including electrical systems, generators, HVAC, water systems, boilers, lifts, fire alarms, BMS and building fabric.
• Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns to minimise downtime of critical services.
• Undertake multi-skilled duties across mechanical, electrical and general building repair work.
• Diagnose faults from drawings and support installation of new equipment and systems.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Estates team, contractors and service managers.
