Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums as specified by center procedures.
• Cleans bathrooms, surfaces, and windows following procedures.
• Handles waste and keeps areas sanitary and organized.
• Follows infection control standards during cleaning.
• Dusts and cleans furnishings and hard-to-reach areas.
• Moves furniture as needed to clean behind and underneath.
• Maintains clean curtains and draperies as required.
• Ensures cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely.
• Reports any facility cleaning issues to supervisors.
• Maintains a respectful, safe environment for residents and staff.
• Supports the facility’s policies and procedures.
