Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a range of capital projects, lifecycle works and client variations across a busy healthcare estate in Dudley. You will oversee projects from scope through handover, coordinating contractors and site teams while maintaining safety, quality and budget controls.

The role requires 5+ years’ experience in FM/Estates or construction within occupied buildings, strong M&E knowledge, and solid stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering FM, Estates or construction projects within occupied buildings.
• Strong M&E/building services knowledge.
• Experience managing contractors and multiple projects.
• Degree or equivalent in Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management or similar.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CDM and Health & Safety.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial scope through to completion and handover.
• Deliver multiple projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage contractors, consultants and site teams.
• Produce project programmes, budgets, risk registers and progress reports.
• Carry out site inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with CDM 2015, Building Regulations, Health & Safety and HTM guidance.
• Liaise with Estates, Maintenance, clinical teams and other key stakeholders.
• Manage commissioning, handover and project close-out.
