The Role
As an End-Point Assessor, you will:
Conduct independent, final assessments of healthcare apprentices.
Use a range of methods including observations, discussions, and portfolio reviews.
Apply fair, consistent grading against apprenticeship standards.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and professionalism in reporting.
Participate in training and moderation sessions to ensure consistency across assessments.

The Ideal Candidate
To succeed, you ll bring:
2 5 years of recent experience within healthcare (depending on the standard)
Professional registration (e.g. NMC PIN or equivalent for clinical routes)
Teaching/assessing qualifications such as A1, TAQA, CAVA, PGCE, or AET
An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
