Qualifications

• Experience in quantitative or statistics analysis in healthcare or performance settings.
• Advanced Excel & Power BI (or similar) visualization skills.
• Proficient SQL for data extraction and validation.
• Sound statistical knowledge and ability to turn data into clear recommendations for decision-makers.
• Experience handling sensitive data with governance controls.

Responsibilities

• Analyse clinical, quality, complaints, audit, incident, workforce and operational data.
• Apply regression, correlation, trend analysis and risk stratification.
• Identify emerging risks and develop early-warning indicators.
• Build Power BI dashboards, scorecards and performance reports.
• Use SQL to extract, join and validate data from multiple sources.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and evaluate improvement initiatives.
• Develop forecasting models and scenario analysis.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Establish baselines and measure impact of interventions.
• Support data quality, governance and reproducible analytics.
