Job summary

Promptly is building the first patient-centered global evidence network, enabling real-world data sharing and monetization with privacy-preserving environments. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you embed with clients to design and test AI-powered data products, shaping the platform with clinicians and health organizations.

You own the build from first conversation to live deployment, working across data modalities and governance regimes.

Qualifications

• Blended healthcare domain knowledge
• Proven technical delivery in healthcare
• Trust-building with clinical/organisational stakeholders
• Experience with clinicians or patient groups
• Willingness to travel to client sites
• Strong ownership and urgency

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, build, and test new data products on top of the Promptly platform in deep client engagement.
• Co-design with clinicians and patients to ensure data capture forms and workflows are used effectively.
• Model clinical data mappings (OMOP-like), PROMs, registry structures, and phenotype/concept definitions.
• Develop AI-powered solutions with clients using the platform and tooling.
• Prototype in sandbox with synthetic cohorts before live data, iterating with clients.
• Create custom workflows and integrations tailored to each engagement's reality.
• Collaborate across structured data, patient-reported data, devices, imaging, and genomics, under governance regimes.
