Job summary

FDB (First Databank) is seeking a Data Analyst on a maternity-cover basis. The role focuses on turning healthcare and product data into clear, actionable insights, building reports and dashboards, and supporting questions from customers and internal teams.

Flexibility for full- or part-time hours is offered in a hybrid UK-based setup. You will use SQL and Excel to investigate data, highlight performance trends, and communicate findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing data in work, study or project settings.
• Practical SQL experience or a willingness to develop SQL skills quickly.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to explain data findings clearly in reports or presentations.

Responsibilities

• Turn healthcare and product data into clear, useful insights for customers and teams.
• Create reports, dashboards and data views highlighting performance and opportunities.
• Respond to reporting needs and deliver practical outputs while investigating anomalies.
• Document analytical assumptions and limitations clearly.
• Provide analytical support across Product, Commercial, Marketing, Content and Account Management functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reports, dashboards and analytical processes.
