Job summary

Lloyds Clinical is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to join our Clinical Contact Centre in Derby. The role focuses on managing patient communications, coordinating prescription processing and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth delivery of homecare services.

This part-time FTC position (18.75 hrs per week) requires excellent communication, organisation and the ability to handle sensitive information while working across multiple systems and teams.

About The Role

At Lloyds Clinical, we are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting people to access vital medications and healthcare services in their own homes. We are now looking for a Healthcare Coordinator to join our Clinical Contact Centre team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.

This is a Part Time Vacancy FTC 18.75hrs pw and you must be able to travel to Derby Regularly

As a Healthcare Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing patient communications, coordinating prescription processing, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting the smooth delivery of healthcare services. This is a highly organised and patient-focused role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
