Job summary

Bluetree Recruits Ltd is recruiting for a Marketing & Content Executive in Guildford to support two healthcare brands with hands-on content development, social media, and email marketing.

You will split time between the medical products and cardiovascular health brands, creating platform-native content and campaigns from the Guildford office, with guidance from the Marketing Manager and a focus on independent day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Bright, enthusiastic marketer with interest in content, social media and marketing.
• Confident creating photography, video and copy for social channels.
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Able to work independently day-to-day with guidance from team.
• A degree is a bonus but not essential.
• Experience with medical devices or healthcare is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Social Media and Marketing Manager on content storyboards and ideas.
• Help plan and deliver content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Create engaging, platform-native content for a diabetic audience.
• Support social media channels and email marketing campaigns.
• Help track content performance and follower growth, feeding results back to the team.
• Support the growth of the cardiovascular health brand’s audience and awareness.
