Healthcare Consultancy UEC Delivery Lead

Healthcare Consultancy UEC Delivery Lead

We are looking to recruit for a Healthcare Consultancy Delivery Lead role within the urgent and emergency care (UEC) area of our growing organisation. We are looking for people with practical, demonstrable experience of delivering improvements in the acute UEC pathway for hospitals or trusts. Individuals must have experience of working in hospitals supporting UEC improvement programmes, either as an NHS employee or as part of a management consultancy delivery team.

The Delivery Lead will be responsible for:

• Leading our UEC programmes as part of the delivery team
• Working in Hospitals or Trust alongside our client teams
• Ensure successful delivery of our programmes

The role will include embedding the Prism model of delivery, practically supporting achievement of programme outcomes using test and learn cycles and producing high-quality documentation and reports.

Salary range: £50,000 - £63,000 as well as a benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
