Our client is a global insurance law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting a Healthcare / Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE to join their Healthcare team in Manchester, Liverpool, or Birmingham. The firm offers hybrid working and a competitive salary based on experience.
Your new role
You will handle your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from start to finish on behalf of NHS Resolution. You will provide expert legal advice on clinical negligence claims, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating case documents.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 0-4 years PQE. Applications from candidates with more experience are encouraged. Experience handling high-volume clinical negligence caseloads, strong advocacy skills, and excellent drafting and negotiating abilities are essential. Candidates from claimant or defendant backgrounds will be considered.
