Your new role
Handle your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to conclusion on behalf of NHS Resolution. Provide expert legal advice on clinical negligence claims, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating case documents.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified solicitor / chartered legal executive with ideally 0-4 years PQE. Applicants with more experience are encouraged to apply. Experience handling high-volume clinical negligence caseloads is essential. Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiating skills are required.
