Our client is a global insurance law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting a Healthcare / Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE to join their Healthcare team in their Manchester, Liverpool, or Birmingham office. The firm offers hybrid working and a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Your new role

This Healthcare / Clinical Negligence Solicitor role involves managing your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to conclusion on behalf of NHS Resolution. You will provide expert legal advice on clinical negligence claims, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating case documents.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with ideally 0-4 years PQE. Applicants with more experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates from claimant or defendant backgrounds will be considered. Experience handling your own high-volume clinical negligence caseload is essential. Strong advocacy skills and excellent drafting and negotiating abilities are required.
