Job Opportunity: Healthcare Customer Service Role

Join our team to deliver healthcare services, focusing on earwax removal and customer care. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greeting customers and verifying their details
  2. Managing appointment bookings for the earwax removal service
  3. Explaining procedures to customers
  4. Performing earwax removal following current guidelines
  5. Recording accurate medical notes
  6. Maintaining service quality and adhering to health and safety standards
  7. Managing stock of necessary materials
  8. Collaborating with healthcare professionals for escalations and signposting
  9. Participating in the Healthcare Advisor Programme and supporting pharmacy services

Requirements:

  • Five GCSEs or equivalent
  • Healthcare experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Motivated to complete training
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Empathetic, confident, and approachable
  • Digitally savvy
  • Passion for healthcare and customer care
  • Willingness to undertake NVQ2 or similar healthcare training
