Must Have’s

  • Strong communication skills - you’re empathetic, confident, and know how to ask the right questions; you must enjoy speaking to people from all walks of life.
  • Ability to manage your own caseload, but know when to escalate complex issues.
  • Experience working with Microsoft packages; you’ll be emailing and report writing daily.

Nice to have’s

  • Background or qualification in healthcare, occupational health, HR, or exercise science.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Assessing medical conditions and identifying treatment options and potential risks.
  • Supporting members through their care journey and offering expert guidance.
  • Liaising with NHS and private providers to arrange referrals.
  • Ensuring all care aligns with healthcare policies and plan guidelines.
  • Working closely with the onsite Functional Health Team for a truly holistic approach.
